Refund policy

At NOOPGLOW, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return a product, we're here to assist you. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns: We accept gently-used returns within 30 days of purchase. Upon return, you'll receive a refund for the product's cost, excluding shipping and handling fees. To ensure a full refund, please include any gifts received with your purchase. Please send the products you wish to return along with a copy of your order ID to:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. It may take 2-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that you're responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. For added security, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held liable for lost shipments.

We only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us at info@noopglow.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
